Exchange Exclusions

Blank Era is committed to delivering premium-quality products and ensuring a seamless customer experience. To maintain product quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency, certain items and situations are not eligible for exchange. We encourage customers to review the following conditions before placing an order or initiating an exchange request.

An exchange will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Used, worn, or washed products: Any product showing signs of wear, use, washing, ironing, alterations, fragrance application, or any form of tampering will be deemed ineligible for exchange.

  • Missing original tags or packaging: Products returned without their original tags, size labels, packaging, or proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) will not qualify for exchange.

  • Exchange request raised beyond the allowed timeline: Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the product being delivered. Once an exchange is approved, the original product must be dispatched within 3 calendar days. Failure to meet either timeline will result in the exchange request being cancelled.

  • Customer-caused damage: Products that have been damaged due to improper handling, cutting, tearing, staining, exposure to water, chemicals, or any other customer-induced damage are not eligible for exchange.

  • Multiple exchange requests: Only one exchange is permitted per order. Any subsequent or repeated exchange requests for the same product or order ID will not be accepted.

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items: Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or those marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Exchangeable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for exchange.
